Beth Patterson

Beth Patterson, BScN, BEd, MSc, RN, RP  – CAAT Director

Beth Patterson is a Registered Psychotherapist with more than 20 years experience in clinical mental health.  She  began her career at the Anxiety Disorders Clinic at McMaster University Medical Centre where she provided cognitive behavioural treatment for both children and adults with a wide variety of anxiety and related disorders including ADHD and mood disorders. Beth is a member of  the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario,  the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, the Anxiety and Depression association of America, and the International College for Obsessive Compulsive Spectrum Disorders.
